Uber Eats Cape Town customer food THEFT

An Uber Eats driver came to my house last night. I provided the pin. I asked him that we check the bag together as it felt too light.

We opened the bag and none of the products inside were mine.

I gave him the bag back and proceeded to contact Uber Eats on the app. The driver left.

They charged me the attached amount but I received nothing from the driver.

Kindly refund my money or get hold of the driver to drop off my order. They are *****ing our food more and more via Uber Eats in Cape Town. Uber Eats will not refund me as I gave the pin. Although checking the bag with the driver!
