Uber Eats can close their ****ty app

I have just received the ****tiest service from Uber eats and Pizza Perfect,i placed an order at 16:00 And 2 hours later i receive a message that my order has been cancelled.i have been trying to contact them with no success because my number doesnt match the account.then i call pizza perfect and the lady says to me its not her problem. This must be the worst customer service i have ever received from a restaurant and a delivery service.
