Uber eats can be a ****

Day before yesterday I saw an alcohol special so I ordered 2 Martel for 658 , I saw it was too good to be true but I trusted Uber so I ordered. The order was around 2pm waited for hours , asked Uber to get an update, the store number provided by Uber was on voicemail . I google the store looking for alternative number that store is near not on google. Next thing the app say’s complete, no order got to me , no communication, nothing my money was gone like that . I contacted Uber they knew , and there’s a code we give to drivers when they deliver which was not used on this order .it’s been 2 days of trying to contact Uber to resolve this issue either give me my order or refund me the agents on Uber keep dismissing my claim and closing chats . The name of the store is the bottle district . Please assist
