Uber Eats

I ordered food in their app and paid with my debit card. I requested food to be dilivered at my door and gave instructions as my complex is big and my flat is far from the gate. The driver called that he has arrived, that is what I thought he said and I told him I see on a map you are at a different place you are lost. His line was very bad I could not hear what his saying. I went to my complex gate and he was not there. He send messages that his there and I was confused. Suddenly the app says food delivered. Tried contacting driver he did not reply.

I went to Uber eats app help section chose that food was not dilivered and they confirmed money was refunded back but never recieved it.

Very poor service hey, I have never experience this through Mr Delivery!!!
