Uber Eats ******!

Uber eats driver sent a very sketchy, blurry picture of my food "delivered" but that never happened. Imagine this nonsense. I stood outside in the blistering cold waiting for this Shafic person. It shows him driving away from my flat, I literally gave a landmark, Shoprite and pick n pay are right in my street, like a few feet away but he couldn't see these big landmarks? Its very shady. I stood in the middle of the road where I was visible but he just up and marked the food as delivered. I mean ***, that's a whole R412 that they are unable to "refund" imagine! I want my money back. I last used them in 2022 because of this ***** service, thought they would be above board now but it seems like they still out here ****ming our hard earned money!!! I want my refund. My poor daughter was freezing right next to me, walking up and down our street, which is THE main road in Brixton but he couldn't find the place. A road everyone uses when they need to get to Garden City, picnic n pay protea centre, Brixton police station, Shoprite. Huge landmarks but he couldn't find it. I walked right up to the pick n pay, pleaded with him to please come that side, nothing, I asked him to please wait at the Shoprite and that I will walk till there which I did, nothing. Called him numerous times, phone on voicemail. Called Uber Eats number, phone on voicemail. Sent complaints on their "help" section for them to say they are "unable to refund me" my R412 in the water, just like that and I must just accept it. What nonsense daylight *******, ***** service is this? Sies Uber Eats!@@
