Uber Eats

I ordered from Starbucks muizenberg and upon delivery my order was damaged. The driver stated that I have refused to accept the delivery. Uber eats then proceeded to state because my order was refused a refund can not be processed. I REFUSED THE ORDER BECAUSE IT WAS DAMAGED!!! This is the second time that I have a problem with my orders with Uber eats. The services are absolutely appalling
