UBER EATS ****

I ordered Starbucks this morning (27/08/2024), the order delivery was managed by the driver Christian. When he arrived, one of the drinks fell out completely and ruined the entire order. I said that I'm not accepting it and it needs to be fixed. He then climbed on his bike and left with the damaged delivery. No communication as to what's going to happen. After he left, he simply closed the call as if it was delivered and went about his day. So here I sit... no food, uber stole over R200 of my money and they simply go about their day with no consequences. DO NOT USE UBER EATS, rather use a trusted company like Mr D
