Uber eats & Braamfontein KFC

Uber eats claims to offer convenience with their service. However; the Braamfortein KFC has messed up my orders not once but three times.

Uber eats promises to resolve my issues however, they have failed to show any results.

And while they have sent any email to state that they will refund me the money I spent on a meal with missing items; I've waited for 3 weeks any I have received anything.

I'm disappointed in this service provider. Why offer items if they will not be thoroughly checked before deliver.
