Uber Eats Bloemfontein is aweful!

I am so disgusted with Uber Eats in Bloemfontein. On Saturday morning I ordered from Stadium Fast Foods and my order never arrived. I was standing outside in the cold, waiting, but nothing. They did not even try to contact me. I logged it on the app and nothing. They said that they cannot refund me the almost R300 that I paid as the driver delivered and tried to call and everything. There is not even a customer care number you can call, no everything has to be done via the app and the chatbot. Trying to log more complaints, their response is now that I took too long to report it, however, I have reported it more that 5 times. Still have not received the food or my money back! Totally unacceptable!!! This isnt the first time either I had problems with food not arriving.
