Uber Eats billing complaint

I bought 3 x 500ml Savannah bottles from Tops which I was charged for. I however only received 3 x 330ml Savannah bottles. I kept trying to explain to the chat bot what happened. I even sent images of the order I received as well as what was debited from my account and what the receipt value says. The receipt with the 500ml says R 238.41 and yet my account was debited R 323.15. Both was sent to the chat with the both. I even took images of the barcodes for the 330ml I received. After my second email the bot responded that the receipt is correct that even though I ordered and was billed for 500ml yet I received 330ml as a substitution. The price for the 500ml is R 39.59 and the price for the 330ml is R 28.29. How does this make sense. It's not much but I am paying for a service and yet they deducted more than what I was charged on the app which is already incorrect . Difference is almost a R 100. The service is appealing.
