Uber Eats Billed me and I never received my order!!!!!!

I placed an order for KFC via Uber Eats today; however, the food was delivered to an incorrect address. Despite this, I’ve been informed that the order is marked as delivered and that no refund will be issued.

The delivery driver claims they left the order at "the gate." This is unclear, as I work in an office park with multiple access points, and our security team has confirmed that no delivery was received.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that a full refund be processed as soon as possible.
