Uber Eats - Biggest ****mers ever!!!!!!

Uber Eats is a ****!!!!!!! They claim they can't find the delivery address, after several messages sent to the driver. I received a message from Uber saying they can't find the delivery location, and that they will drop the food of at a safe location... WHERE is my question, while I was busy talking to the driver via chat, he closed the delivery, and all information were gone. Best of all, after they so called delivered the order, these ****mers still take their tip on a separate transaction. There is no contact number for Uber Eats, you go through a painful automated system, who no matter what you say, respond with the exact same automated message. They claim that as soon as the driver marks the order as complete, it means it's been delivered. When I phoned the driver, he talks and then drops the call. Be very wary when you see this is your delivery guy.... NTAKIRUTIMANA.... He drops your food at a save location... probably at his house for a good meal afterwards, they ***** your money and then take a tip for it. NO - AFTER SERVICE assistance whatsoever. Don't waste your time to order from these amateurs.
