Uber eats

I ordered pizza late last night and paid using my debit card waited for the driver outside of which he really came and drove past me in the street I communicated with him and he came back we spoke he diddnt get off the motorbike or try to hand over the food to me and only asked me for a pin without giving the food I politely asked him for my delivery and he droved off with my food and marked the order as completed. I immediately escalated the matter to the help center which said I am unrefundable as the driver tried to comtact me. Does it even make sense? Should I have gave the pin to the driver without my delivery? Uber eats SA and its drivers are very unproffessionaI . I beyond livid .
