Uber eats bellville

I've placed an order on the 8th November 2022, was billed R183.69. Needless to say I have not received my order. On inquiry they said they'll refund me R165. They also send me an email to thank me for the tip. No where can u get in contact with them as there's no physical address or phone number u can contact them on. Yet no refund, no order delivered but I've paid for it.
