Uber Eats Bad Service

On 28 September I ordered food through Uber Eats . My credit card were debited with two amounts R 187.80 and R29.90. We did not receive any food and nothing was delivered. They are also not approachable , when you call their helpline, they say they are not in your area, when you complain on their official site the asked for a refundable fee of $1.00 to attend to your problem!! I will never make use of them again if they do not refund me , I will also tell every one not to use them!! This is PATHETIC!!
