Uber eats bad service

Driver from uber eats collected my order from McDonald's Graystone and he spilt my cold drink, the cup was dirty inside with soil and he said he was coming back but never did and when I called McDonald's to complain they said I must call uber eats I did that and I was refunded R2,00 and never received my drink what is R2,00... This is not the first time I'm having problems with uber eats driver's
