Uber eats Bad service

I orderd Chicken licken and my order was deliverd to someone else. I did not recieve my order or refund. I paid R280 but uber eats says that they refunded me R267. I did not recieve the R267 refund and even so why refund me less then i paid. Why should i be punished for there mistake.
