Uber eats Bad service

I ordered food on the 4th June 2024 around 5pm. As I realized that the order might take almost 50 min I then asked from Uber Chat whether is it possible for e to provide alternative address of where I am going so that Uber can deliver there instead of actual address on app? The guy called me with 087 number and confirm that it's OK I can send number on chat, I even spoke to Isaac (the driver) he confirm that I can send the address he will search it on GPS and come where I am as I was not far. while we were chatting he said he is outside, I then tld him that I am outside too but you not there. While we were chatting he decided to cut the chat and leave with my food cost of R189.90 lying to the service provider saying he left the food. I told them I want my refund since i didn't get my food . I am not happy at all with Uber Eats.
