Uber eats bad service.

I just had a terrible experience with ubereats driver, I ordered food from Mochachos The Glen Mall, driver 1stly came to the wrong address, 2ndly driver was buzzing me, the 3rd time driver called and instructed that I must come collect the food, I went outside driver was not there bt at the wrong address, I asked him why He calling me outside the complex whereas clear instructions are on the slip... The driver was so rude with me, He told me how stupid I am I can't use the app and He took the food out of the scouter and left it on the ground, threatened dat there is nothing I will do as I already paid via my bank card. I left him there tried to report that I didn't receive my order and I want my money back R253.00 back. I was buying food for my kids, I went to Mochachos The Glen, and unfortunately my manager didn't help me she said this is ubereats issue. I just want my money back and I have stopped using this services from today, I am not going to be treated like a dog for my hardworked money...
