Uber eats bad service

I ordered food from uber eats app and but the app took me to an old order that I cancelled and I placed it by mistake and it charged me R211.80 from my bank account and when I followed up with uber eats they didn't want to refund me as it was against their policy so I'm not pleased with uber eats bad service
