Uber Eats - Bad Service

I placed an order that was cancelled by Uber Eats 12:14 (No couriers nearby). I reordered at 13:40. The delivery instructions were to drop at Huis Genot in Algoa Park - Reception and ask for Loftie. Instruction noted on the APP. The order was delayed. The driver arrived at Huis Genot - asked for my (Zalita - who placed the order as a gift). I was in a meeting at the time of delivery (Delayed on Uber Eats side). I returned the call but i went to voice mail. The driver then proceeded to drop the food in front of a residential home. On the street. Again - not asking for Loftie at the old age home (as instructed). I logged a query with Uber eats, but was told that there was no fault on their side. The food was left in front of a garage in a busy street - It was never received by Loftie.
