uber eats bad service

am not happy with uber eats....ordered food frm Mc Donalds and saw on the app that it was picked up only not be delivered to me personally but no luck and the driver who picked it up left it with some guy at reception without my knowledge and consent and then the order was paid for and money did come out of my account...I called Mc donalds aftr what could be an hour and they confirmed that the order left they tried tracing the driver and finally got hold of him and he said he gave me the food....I then called him personally and he said he thought I sent someone and that its not his fault...tried to contact uber eats and still no responce from them even now.....uber eats services are the worst will never be using their services anymore
