Uber Eats bad service

On 29 August 2022 I ordered food on the app and a driver by the name of Rhamon Wasiu was supposed to deliver, he stated he is outside my place when I specified on the app that the food must be delivered at my door but I went out anyway. When I got out he was not there, I waited at the gate of the complex for 5 mins and decided to go back in, then he called again saying he is outside and the security guards will not allow him to enter, I went out again and still did not find him outside, I asked the guards and they said nobody arrived then I asked them to let the guy in when he arrives and even told them his name, I then called the restaurant I ordered from and relayed the story, they then called him and afterwards called me back, a few minutes later Rhamon knocked on my door while I was on the call with the restaurant as I was about to open the burglar door he left with my order and stated that he completed the order and we did not pay yet no food was delivered, all this was happening while I was on the call with the restaurant and I informed them of what transpired. I sent Uber eats an email and rated the service, the app stated I owe money and therefore I couldn't order elsewhere. I was left without my initial order and unable to order on the app again. Till today the 8th of September 2022 I still haven't heard from Uber eats. The service was so horrible I don't think I can ever use that app ever again!!!
