Uber Eats bad driver experience

Uber driver never delivered my food, yet on the app took a picture placing food on the grass and making them as delivered... Went to Costantia kloof KFC and we tried to reach out to the driver who denied coming at all... Uber Eats customers service tried to call the driver and went straight to voicemail mail...

App customer service stating that they can't refund me, while their driver and food are missing..
