uber eats bad customer service with no accountabilitie or resolution

They don't even deserve a 1-star. ive been unhappy with them twice now, and there's been no resolution from them. 1st time, I ordered 2 large pizzas and only received 1 large and a medium. I requested a refund and was told it's not their concern. The second time I ordered another pizza, I waited for almost 2 hours, and my order got cancelled, and it was too late to order somewhere else. terrible customer service and no accountability.
