Uber eats ate such cheats

This is the third time in 3 months that Uber eats McDonald’s Rosebank do not deliver my order but mark it as delivered and charge my account.

How unprofessional and disgusting to do something like that.

I have received previous orders from them and that goes to show that there is nothing wrong with finding the address rap since it’s in a mall

As I wait for my food the driver calls notifying me that he is on his way up and 2 min later I get a bank notification that my food was paid for when I haven’t even received the food.

Either the driver is chalet full or thinks I’m someone else on the wrong place but this is totally unprofessional and such an inconvenience as I now have to waite 3-10 working days before I can access my own money.

I will never order anything on the Uber app again.
