Uber eats are *****sters

They don't even deserve a single star, I ordered food from their app and was checking the driver trip on the app, when he was 2 minutes away, I went outside because it is a busy main road and it is at my work place, to my surprise I got a message from them saying the driver has delivered the food and there was no one or food at all. I sent him massages on the app with no luck then contacted Uber but they said their driver followed all the rules, I had cash as they did not debit my account, only to find out that they deducted money from sister's bank account and they can not account for that when I ask them. How was my sister who is in PE had her account debited whereas I used my Uber eats account to order. They keep replying with the same massage. Please be careful of the *****sters....Uber eats is ***
