Uber eats are ********s

Uber eats and their ***** drivers are the worst. I ordered food but confirmed delivery for the incorrect address. I asked the driver to then bring it to where i was as it was 2 min away from where he was, he kept on going from pillar to post and didn’t want to bring the food to me. Uber now says they won’t refund because the driver waited 23 min. Ofcourse he did, he did it on purpose so he can drive off with my food! *******!
