Uber Eats are RIPOFFS

On Friday, 28 February 2020... I ordered a jalapeño chicken double meal and jalapeño chicken single alacarte (R74. 30) from McDonald's Dr Pixley Kaseme Street. I received a big Mac meal, worth R50... Which was disgusting, the buns might have been made out of rock. And the second order was made the same day, later that evening from McDonald's Old Fort Road, I ordered 2 grand chicken spicy hot meals (R149.60) I wasn't tracking the order... But when I got the notification, it said delivered and I was outside the building waiting for the specified delivery vehicle... My order never arrived.. I complained to Uber Eats the next morning, and all I want is a refund of the disgusting burger they delivered and for the 2 meals that never arrived but their reply was they are not looking further into the matter. We depend on Uber Eats, in certain situations... Because we assume it's reliable and convenient but it's ****ing useless... Their drivers are a bunch of assholes who ***** food, if uber eats doesn't return the money, then I expect it from the McDonald's or their drivers... We all work hard for our money, but everybody else must benefit from it... It's bull****ing****
