Uber eats are pathetic

Order placed for Kfc Philip nell park at 18:40 we received the order at 20:18 order number #F5961 ,after 4 delivery persons failed to deliver the order,then the courier that delivered thr order said he just got the order,how the hel did this happened,our food was cold ****ing ice cold,it was raining also,if i knew Uber eats where so useless i wouldn't referred them,seriously,so please explain to me how thr first driver went all the way opposite our address and for an hour and 40 minutes our food was going up and down and we are only 2 km away,wheres the problem at the Kfc or at uber eats,sort this problem out, cause its totally unacceptable.
