Uber Eats are now ********

I am very disappointed with the services are received , on the 24/10/2022 I made a purchase via the app and tracked the driver and I when to collect my order the driver was no where to be found, he details were not showing on the app. tried to contacted but but they don't have a help line. I tried to contact the on Monday on the twitter platform to lay a complain only received a response on Tuesday. I was than advised that they will not be able to help me since the query was only lodge after 48 hours, yet I attempted to lodge my query on tghe app but wikth no luck. I am very disappointed I have paid for meal which I did not even receive, which is not fair and I unhappy on how my query was handled. No wonder they use granny's on thiers advertisment so they can **** that since they know any better.
