Uber Eats are not treating customers fairly

Uber eats took 587.04 for nothing. 49.57 for a 10% tip + 537.47 for food and delivery that never arrived. The driver got lost and when I called him note than 4 times he never picked up the call. When I asked for help from uber eats they told me that he said he waited note than 7 minutes and their partner confimed that the food was not delivered, yet I was charged for food, delivery and a tip. I am so disappointed in their service and I will never recommend any of my friends to use them.
