Uber Eats are ****mers & delinquents with their Uber drivers delivery service.

Last night ordered a Chocolate Milkshake from Steers Kromboom, the Uber driver delivered the incorrect milkshake being an Oreo milkshake, with no straw. I called Steers Kromboom & asked why a chocolate milkshake not received? I was told the I er driver gave the incorrect order, just to note the item was sealed without knowing upfront the flavour!!

I complained via Uber Eats ,sent a pic as I did not drink the milkshake once opened. They openly dismissed the content of the complaint & ONLY REFUNDED A R 12 & CLOSED OFF THE ENQUIREY !!!

I ordered another chocolate milkshake from Steers Pinelands, gave strict instruction to place my name on the milkshake, has to be chocolate too!! Low and behold which Uber driver had to deliver it!! The same idiot driver who delivered the previous milkshake incorrectly! Top it off he notes driving a VW Polo but arrived with a bike??

Till now Uber Eats ignore the complaint of order & their Uber Eats driver!! It is as if they hire any Tom, **** or Harry to deliver goods without even training & make sure they can read, speak & know English!!! It is not the first time I have complained about incorrect delivery received. The complaints are ignored & little to no care of refunds!! We need a South African based food app created by a South African for Soutj Africans!!!
