Uber Eats are ****mers

Uber eats is basically running a **** because i do not understand why they are taking people's monies without delivering the food ??? It's a trend that they keep sending drivers which they can track and see that the person never go to your address and they still mark the order as delivered and take the money... There is a whole convo of me trying to give the driver directions to my place and he still failed to get there and phone number does not go through but I must still pay for food I never received???!!!
