Uber Eats are ****mers

I ordered food at KFC on Wednesday, the 6 Dec 2023 at around 19h30. I am still waiting for that order, nothing was delivered, reported the matter to Uber Eats and they are not providing me with any resolution as I want my money back. They only say their specialized team is looking at the case and will contact me soon... Since Wed when I follow up they send the same message.... And when I check the reviews they are ****mers, their service is bad and don't take accountability to actually solve the problem.
