UBER EATS ARE *****ING MONEY FROM POOR SOUTH AFRICANS

BE WARNED IIIII UBER EATS IS *****ING MONEY FROM PEOPLE. I ordered food at McaDonalds in Sandton via Uber eats and immidiately realised that the order isnt correct and I cancelled. I received a message to day that they have taken all the mony from my card even though the order was immidiately camncelled. I went to MacDonald in Sandton and they said the order was cancelled and no order was ever prepared and I should request my refund from Uber Eats. Its been two weeks I am trying to just get someone to speak to, nobody will ever attend to your query. They will refer you back to the app, the app is a just a chat bot it will never assist. They do not have a custopmer care number and if they ***** your money it is gone forget about it. I am looking for someon who may assist me to recover my money. it is R423.20. I will not rest until I get this hard earned money back.
