Uber Eats are extornionists!

I am a repeat Uber Eats orderer, and I am not getting really fed up with them. Not only is your food often cold (and I doubt this is the restaurant's fault), but they offer Eats Pass, which you pay for monthly and then certain delivery is free, but now they have the scheduled delivery for an extra R12 on an order, and this is the reason why food arrives cold. So, Uber Eats charges you a mark-up on the actual food, in some cases as much as 30% that you'd pay at the vendor, but they also charge a 5% service fee, and the delivery fee (if not on Eats Pass). This is becoming ridiculous!
