UBER EATS ARE *******!

I ordered the Ola Meal from Pedros Jabulani Mall which comes with a full chicken, large chips, large rice and 4 rolls. Everything was delivered except for the rice. And when I placed the complaint, ubereats responded saying they can't refund the rice seeing as it doesn't have a price. But I paid for it and didn't receive it! How does that make sense? Its not the first time that Uber eats responds this way and I'm tired of having my money ****** and not paid back! I will never use this app again and I suggest other people dont!
