Uber eats are a *******

I just ordered food on my uber eats app. I'm still waiting for my order. I never received my food. Apparently the driver called me and did not get a hold of me. He then apparently left my food outside at on the floor, well that is what the picture shows. However when I went outside there was no food and no driver. This is reducilous service, I'm so disappointed and angry. I just paid R136 for food and delivery that I never received. I will never order on this app again. The sad part is, there is no contact number for you to call when you didn't receive your food like I did. My order was marked as completed on the app but I never received it. I'm at work, working for a 24 hr company. If it was difficult to get a hold of me then they should not have **** about leaving my food. How can you take a picture with someones food on the floor.
