Uber eats are *******

It seems that every second time I order from Uber eats I have some issue. Then they refuse to refund me. This last time was the final. I placed an order with two separate places as I was even stupid enough to register uber one to try and get better service but I was highly disappointed! The Uber driver took just over 2 hours to deliver to me only for me to find out that he was trying to offload another customers order to me. When I queried this, he told me that he had accidently delivered my order to another customer and when trying to retrieve my order he was unsuccessful so he thought it was a good idea to try and give me their order. I ordered two pastas and he was delivering me one!!! When contacting their stupid bot, I get told that there is no refund due! Because of the issues I have had with Uber eats I have specifically requested that I provide a pin on delivery. I did not provide my pin to this driver but still my order says it was delivered! How is that even possible if i didnt provide my pin? Their service sucks, they are ******* that ***** people's money! This is not the first time they have ****** my money! The stupid bot also won't allow me to speak to a human! They think that people can just throw away money but when you order food over R300 and you don't get it and you cannot get food anywhere else because it is already past 9pm because the driver took so long to try and pawn off the wrong food to you! Don't worry the restaurant will be getting a review as well cause they got paid but refused to help me as well! Uber eats is a ****. *****ing people's money!!!
