Uber Eats Are *******

I am extremely disappointed at the service and response from this company.

I ordered food from Mc Donalds at around 19:30/20, this was ordered via the uber eats app. I then made payment of R325.00 for my food in which was supposed to arrive at 21:30/22:00 for the latest as the ETA kept changing.

Long story short I checked my app again since it was taking quite sometime to arrive , to my surprise all my information regarding the order disappeared no tracking order number, no order or eta reflecting any longer.

I tried contact uber eats immediately but because it was late getting through to them was a nightmare. I then contacted them in the morning and spoke to somebody by the name of Aisha who guaranteed my refund to reflect 3-5 working days , ITS BEEN A MONTH AND NO REFUND .

I still tried contacting uber eats after that period and i was told my R325.00 was used for a trip, i do not understand since i have **** that i made payment to uber eats on that night and did not use uber for a ride at all as i usually use bolt.

I AM UPSET AND DISGUSTED AT THE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THEFT AS I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY FOOD AT ALL!.
