Uber Eats are ****

This is the worst service ever. I placed an order at 21:20 at Andicco in Boksburg. The restaurant has prepared the meals yet there's no Uber driver. What is the point in paying a fee for delivery, and then bring asked by the restaurant to collect the order. I asked them would I be refunded the fee for using Uber Eats? I was told to enquire with Uber Eats.
