UBER EATS ARE *******

I ordered a meal for my colleagues and I as we were away in Pretoria for our WP tournament, I placed the order at the Lodge I was staying at and was used to receiving my orders there at the driver usually comes straight to reception however this case I checked my phone and the delivery said it was delivered. I then immediately contact Uber eats and they said they will invest it. I refused to place another order and thought it was strange that the driver never came in to ask reception if I was there, I then asked the manager on duty to check the camera footage to see if there was any delivery drivers in the time he said he was there and there was nobody that entered. Uber eats says the driver says he waited 8 mins and I never came and they cannot refund me even though I have told them the driver made no attempt to come in at the road lodge. That same day I ordered breakfast and both drivers came inside and I received my food but when I placed our order for lunch this driver stood somewhere and took a pic and said it was delivered. I even called the Nandos i ordered from and they confirmed the driver had collected it. Uber fails there customers and believes there ********* drivers they employ. I will certainly not be ordering again with uber eats as they are ******* and have untrusted drivers delivering our food. Be very careful as Uber wont refund you and the driver will end up scoring have your food and earning his commission. Uber does not care if you receive your food or not they just in it for themselves.

DONT USE UBER EATS RATHER STICK WITH MR DELIVERY AS THEY ARE FAST AND EFFICIENT TO ASSIST IF YOU WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE OR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
