Uber eats and *****ulent activities

It is with great sadness, frustration and shock that R1100 was taken from my bank account make Uber eats payments but iv never ever used my Capitec account to order from Uber eats, my last order was in 2022 Iv never done an online payment with my Capitec, now I have 3 transactions in one day deductions/payments from my Capitec account how is that even possible and no one from Uber eats is willing to help, yesterday I sent countless messages and no one assisted
