Uber eats and their drivers *****ing orders

Yesterday I placed an order. Only to realize the delivery guy left with my food and I am still waiting uptill now for him to deliver the food. We ordered at around 6:00pm. The guy didn't message me on the app. When he came to the complex he **** to the guards and said there is no unit number and phone number. He then took a photo of the as if he left it outside the complex but it was a lie. When I called him, I was not to friendly as , I know what happened this is the second time we experienced this with Uber eats. My order was for almost R300 , which Uber eats is refusing to refund on the app. When I called on the *** after wasting almost another R100 on airtime and 2 hours later. The operator promise me she will sms me a link which will assist me to process a refund and still waiting for a link nothing came through yet. This is so wrong on so many levels. It's basically *****ing and being dishonest.
