Uber eats and their delivery guys.

I ordered food at Bellas Food Bar in Florida roodepoort Johannesburg. The driver went to the incorrect delivery stop. I texted and called the driver to ask him to go to the address on the order, driver kept saying he's at the right address, but you can see on the app it shows 2 minutes away, imagine just 2 minutes. Driver completed order without me getting the food. This was a card transaction so I was charged.
