Uber eats and Steers in collaboration to ***** from consumers

Uber eats Stole our money and blame it on the restaurant who to are not taking responsibility. Within seconds of placing an order an amount of over R1300 was debited which is impossible on what i ordered soi immediately cancelled the order as its wouldn’t allow me to check why. They say there is a 100% cancellation charge as food is been prepared which its impossible ! Its was literally within seconds. I laid a complaint with both steers head office who says its an Uber Eats issue and Uber Eats says its a restaurant issue both not taking responsibility yet charging and obscene amount of money, not only they wont refund me they stopped responding to me. At least send me food to that value!!! Ill be eating steers for days…..
