Uber Eats and Romans Pizza Brackenfell

I ordered a pizza. The pizza was delivered at door a d my child 19years of accepted while I was in bathroom. Upon opening the box she found the whole pizza damaged with all topping off. I went to Romans Pizza in Brackenfell not at Skneike mall. The staff refused to assist in any way and referred me to the driver named Rocney. We could not get hold of him. To get thru to Uber Eats is knocking your head as a I could do is to lodge an online complain. Now, a lot of money wasted with no food. How come the restaurant is exempted? This against the Consumer Prtection Act according to my u derstanding.
