Uber eats and McDonalds - Poor service and bad quality food

I ordered McDonalds through ubereats this order arrived late, cold, messed, the Chicken was dry and over cooked, the garnish was brown and stale - and the spicy ranch chicken was burnt... according my colleagues this kind of service is the norm.
