Uber eats and Mc Donalds

The service I received doesn’t even deserve a star, I was so frustrated today! I ordered from Mc Donald’s in silver lakes and their machine away out of order, and would not give me the option to be refunded on the item but forced to choose a replacement when I declined my order was ignored and I had no way to contact Uber or the restaurant. I was left hanging for 2 hours when I finally got a driver to deliver my order without the ice cream! And was refused to be refunded, this has been the worst treatment and customer service I have received in a while! Not even speaking of the horrible system and process nobody knew what to do. How can this be, I’m terrible upset with this service and it’s not the first time this has happened
